"Gretchen,
I was so excited to see this name on the board. Jesse June Klumb was my greatgrandfather. He lived with his daughter in Tacoma, WA until his death in 1967. Even though I was quite a bit younger I still remember him. His daughter was Doris Marie Klumb, she passed away also I beleive about 1969.
Jesse June Klumb was married to Ester Alvira Lynn. Does anyone know any more children besides my grandmother, Doris Marie. I know she was born in Aurora, Nebraska. She married Oscar Finley Graham and they had one child, Richard Eugene Graham, born September 13, 1933 and passed away December 22,1997. With my dad gone it has been real hard to get any information.
Doris Marie was married again to Al Stolze. When she died he wouldn't have anything to do with the family. Any dates, places or info would be greatly appreciated. Contact me at mommahen@uswest.net.Hope to hear from you soon. Kathy."

"I live in South Brazil. My ancestors came from Ellern (Hunsrueck, Germany). Johannes KLUMB (born 14.3.1802) came to South Brazil in 1860 with his wife Suzanna Margaretha and with seven of their sons: Jacob, Peter, Georg, Peter Paul, Wilhelm, David and Friedrich Wilhelm. One of the boys went to North America, probably Jacob Klumb, the oldest of them. Their sister Maria Christina deceased in Ellern on 24.8.1847, however, their brother Christoph remained in Ellern with his family, where the Klumbs live until today. Recently I made contact with them and they visited me in Brazil. Has someone information to complete this story? I will appreciate any news.
