Situated in the Calas Picos residential area, Villa Klumb is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and cove of Cala’n Blane. Stunning beaches and coves line the coast with excellent space for bathing. Close by you have the aqua park, shops, bars and discos of Cala’n Forcat. The town of Cuitadela is a 2 mile drive from the villa, and is easily accessible by car or by bus. You do have the option of walking to the town or taking a bike and riding the coastline.

Prices are between May and October of each year in GB Pound Sterling:

Deposit is 20% which will reserve your place and dates and final payment is 9 weeks in advance of arrival date.

Villa Klumb

The villa accommodation includes:

3 bedrooms, Sleeps 6 people with the availability of having a cot for an infant 1 bedroom has a double bed
1 bedroom has bunk beds
1 bedroom with twin beds
All the bedrooms have bedroom furniture cabinets and wardrobes.

There is a very comfortable and large dining room and lounge space with a sofa bed for sleeping an extra person if necessary. Radio, hi-fi stereo system and satellite TV are provided for as entertainment.

Fully furnished kitchen with the latest equipment and modern conveniences and utensils including:
A gas operated cooker, oven, large freezer and fridge unit, microwave, various ironing equipment and a dryer.

2 bathrooms both full tiled and decorated:
1 bathroom with a bath, shower and basin, WC, and vanity unit The other with a shower cubicle, WC, basin and the washing machine is in the shower room

There is a sun terrace to the front of the villa with a seating area.

To the rear there is another terrace but with a barbeque and dining area.

The garden is enclosed and includes a swimming pool, the whole area is private and secure. The pool has a shallow end for children and young kids.
